The Knowio BLE Gateway is a battery operated LTE-Cat(M) device, that listens to the Igloo/Knowio Smart Padlocks and sensors, and sends changes of status to the Knowio Cloud. This creates the world's only solution where users can know the status of the padlock 24/7, from anywhere in the world with even the slightest mobile reception. Using the Knowio Gateway means that the padlock keypad can be used to arm/disarm CCTV systems, and means that you will always know the status of the padlock. Having a gateway means that "padlock not closed" reminders can be created in the app.
