Knowio is an easy to navigate app to control access and set/unset security systems. Instead of managing hundreds of keys, fobs and combinations or key codes, you have this one simple, free to download app. Add users, revoke access and much more. You can open locks you have access to when standing in front of the gate, and use smart rules to make the security system disarm when you open the padlock.

SMART PADLOCKS
Better gate control with the world’s only Bluetooth smart padlock with an integrated keypad
In conjunction with world smart access control leader, Igloo Co, we bring you the S2E smart Enterprise padlock. With a combination of Bluetooth technology combined with Igloo’s patented OTP technology, the padlock can be opened either directly via the Knowio app, or via a one off access key code, created from within the app.
Open with the app
Once in proximity of the lock, a simple button push on the app will bring the padlock to life. The LED lights on the padlock will briefly flash and the lock will beep, giving you a 30 second window to open the lock.
Open with the Keypad
Unlike a normal combination padlock with one pin, you can generate 100s of passcodes, without being near to the padlock. Employees can have their own personalised pins, while contractors can be given timed expiration pins. The system records who created the passcode, for who and when it was used.
Rechargeable, long- life battery
With a battery life of up to 12 months, the battery can be recharged via USB-C in under 1 hour. You can see how much battery is left within the app.
Waterproof and robust
IP68 rating means the padlock lasts under any conditions. CEN 3 rating means the padlock is insurance rated. With a boron steel shaft, the padlock is hugely resistant to twisting, cutting and impacts.
KNOWIO GATEWAY
A unique BLE gateway to bring your remote site to life, anywhere.
The Knowio gateway gives a previously unimaginable amount of real-time data from off-grid systems, meaning more knowledge and more control.
Know if Padlocks/gates are left open
For high risk sites, get alerts in real-time if the padlock is not properly closed, and/or the gate is not in the closed position.
Disarm security systems via keypad
Security system can be programmed to temporarily or permanently disarm when the padlock is opened via keycode, also allowing the padlock to be utilised as a keypad with our bespoke shell.
One year rechargeable battery
Just like the 2E Padlock, its quickly recharged by a USB-C charger in one hour. Battery level is updated daily.
Keep charged via solar
By utilizing a solar panel, the gateway doesn't need to be charged at all, meaning it can be permanently placed out of harms way at height.

Auto close or keep open
Pulse your gate so it opens and auto-close, or latch it, so that it stays open. Or do both. Restrict permissions so only managers can latch it open.
Not just gates
Control barriers or any system with hard wired inputs/cold contacts. Such as integrated CCTV systems, lights or sounders/speakers.
4 outputs & 8 inputs
Multiple inputs and outputs mean that you can control things like lights and barriers too from the app. The inputs mean that you can take advantage of our smart rules to make one thing happen based on the status of another changing.
LAN or 4G & Bluetooth
If you have a LAN connection at your gate, the controller will go online immediately. Otherwise a 4G router can easily be used.
Bluetooth connectivity means that you can restrict certain users to only be able to control a gate when physically in front of it, and even give time limited keypad access.

Once attached to your gate, our battery IOT operated contact sensors ensure you will always know whether it is open or closed.
Just like an alarm system for a building, your gate can even be “armed”, so that if anyone unauthorised opens it, you will get an immediate alarm.
Our long life battery operated, IOT, contact sensors mean you will never again wonder about if one of the gates into your land is opened or closed. From smart reminders to let you know if a gate is still open at a certain time in the day, to actual alarms if your gate is opened when it shouldn’t be, you’ll never have a gate left wide open again.

Our IOT coverage is extensive, and for any black spots, additional boosters can be deployed locally to improve the coverage.
Long battery life
Powered by two replaceable AA batteries, in standard conditions the battery will last for at least 3 years. Battery levels are viewable within the app, with notifications when levels are running critically low.
Smart notifications
Get an alert from the sensor as per your needs. If you want to know every time the gate is opened, or just want to know if its still open at a certain time.
Alarms
When your gate is opened without disarming, you can choose to have an alarm created in the Knowio app or have a third party ARC (Alarm receiving centre) call nominated contacts.

IGLOO SMART KEYBOX
Confidently keep keys on site with both Bluetooth & keypad opening
Our partners, Igloo Co also manufacture the Keybox 3 for Knowio. Like the padlock, it has two methods of opening - directly via the Knowio app using Bluetooth or using the keypad with Igloo’s One Time Passcode (OTP) technology.
Secure it anywhere
The keybox has been designed to be securely located in multiple locations, giving optimal versatility. Two shackles have been tested to fit most handles or to hang it on a fence or gate. Alternatively, iit can be securely screwed onto a firm structure like a wall or fence.
Large enough for multiple keys
With an inner storage space of 108 x 87 x 27 mm, there is plenty of space to secure not just normal keys but more advanced keys like car keys or even fobs or keycards. It also features hooks and a design pocket to prevent your valuables from falling out.
Long lasting battery life
The keybox is powered with 4 standard AAA batteries, which generally last for 12 months. You can also see how much battery life is left from within the app. The battery can be jump-started via USB-C in the off chance you miss the notifications under 1 hour.
